Currently, as the Enterprise Schedule Advisor at Irving Shipbuilding, I collaborate to develop and maintain a comprehensive 25-year resource plan, integrating data from the River Class Destroyer (RCD), Arctic and Offshore Patrol Ship (AOPS), and Halifax Class Frigate (HCF) programs to support strategic business decisions. Additionally, as the Planning Manager, I collaborated with a team of specialized planners to create and execute detailed implementation plans for constructing 15 River Class Destroyers (RCD) for the Royal Canadian Navy.With over 15 years of experience, I have been involved in managing large-scale public contracts related to civil and naval infrastructure since 2009, starting in the Oil and Gas industry and transitioning to defense naval construction in 2012, where I have been active to date.I hold a bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, with a postgraduate degree in Project Management from FGV-RJ. I am certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and secured the 1st place in the C-EXP-SUBEN, a submarine course for engineers conducted by CIAMA in the Brazilian Navy.I am passionate about applying strategic thinking, Six Sigma principles, and project scheduling techniques to deliver complex and challenging projects. Additionally, I have consistently played a role in decision support for stakeholders such as the Naval Group, the Brazilian Navy, Novonor, Consórcio Baia de Sepetiba, Lockheed Martin Canada, BAE Systems, and the Canadian Navy, always striving to achieve common goals and add value to the organizations, projects, and communities I serve.
