Global manufacturing coordination for the CC-VDS (Chassis Control - Vehicle Dynamic Sensors) product group responsible for:- IPN (International Production Network) Strategy: development of the manufacturing footprint & project lead of strategic / special projects.- IPN configuration: elaboration of manufacturing scenarios.- IPN Coordination: Ensuring production & delivery capability, initiation and tracking of relocation projects, support in cost improvement and increase of plant performance on value stream level, support of new project acquisition.- Digitalization: development of digital solutions to increase the efficiency of our internal business processes.

Leader of a team of process and industrial engineers that are responsible for the industrialization of assembly lines for Professional and Infotainment Systems on the Automotive Industry.- Analysing, approving and fulfilling the Project Time Schedule.- Defining the final production line project installation schedule.- Defining the Product Process flow and Line layout.- Planning and controlling equipment's readiness (follow-up equipment's procurement) and line capacity analysis. - Participating in PGL workshops, (D-/P-)FMEA, Projects Review and Projects handover, samples evaluation, and other project activities.- Coordination of PFMEA line walk.- Synchronizing Manufacturing Engineering activities with other plants in case of Global Projects.- Coordination of inputs for Project RFQ's and EBIT tracking's.

- Member of Industrialization Team with task of develop assembly concept and product process flow.- Production assembly lines international relocation projects; - Developing and purchasing of new production assembly lines;- Installation, validation and Release of new production assembly lines;- New products Industrialization; - Processes release, PFMEA;- Costumer Audits preparation and presentation;- KPI's improvement;- Optimization and continuous improvement of productive processes.​​

- Time and Methods analyses.- Work instructions and production line Standard Work definition.- Products work plan creation and introduction on SAP system.- Support on business plan calculation.- Process confirmation and CIP measures implementation to improve productivity.
