Development of projects for deployment of new operations, Operational scaling/productive; Management of time and risk for decision-making, acting preventively for recurring analysis so as to avoid unforeseen events with PMBOK and SCRUM methods; effective participation in the inauguration of 50 stores in the city of Sao Paulo and post acquisition integration of Lojas Maia and Baú da Felicidade; Process Mapping and Application for continuous improvement; scaling of storage and handling, with feasibility study of operations, productive capacity in the logistics chain and remodeling of Brazilian logistic mesh with focus in logistics cost reduction (7%) and tax benefits (12%);

Technology Deployment V-sat in the entire Boticario company (3,000 stores), managing the activities of partners from planning to implementation. Improvement in routines of commercial automation software on Nobel, Frango Assado and Posto Ipiranga. Validation and approval of customizations requested by the client and monitoring of start-ups.
