I have five years of experience developing and testing telecom softwares for the Telecom Italia Mobile (TIM Brasil) as an Accenture employee and almost seven years of experience developing and integrating television softwares for Sony Brasil. In my role, as a software engineer for both companies, I have honed my ability to problem-solve for a range of complex issues and achieved excellent outcomes. In order to come up with a successful solution, I believe you first have to understand core business goals and strategies, and these are things I understand well within the develop environment. I am able to communicate effectively to determine the needs of internal stakeholders and individual clients and possess the focus required to diagnose problems, foresee threats and accurately test solutions.Working within a large company but taking responsibility for a diverse client portfolio has given me the opportunity to work both collaboratively and autonomously, from understanding individual requirements to drafting specifications and overseeing company-wide deployment.
