Bruno also worked collaboratively with external community partners and led valuable user research sessions to elicit requirements for the product and used techniques such as usability testing, card sorting, affinity mapping and journey mapping. Bruno used his UX expertise to translate these requirements into a well-received MVP design created in Figma and this will form the basis for us to move to an Alpha build.
