Establishment of the corporate governance routine with all firms that composes the group, including the executives roles and responsibilities, reporting structure and schedule and the establishment of company’s financial goals. Supporting the shareholders with financial information for the decision-making processes, monitoring performance indicators and preparing specific studies including tax opportunities, merges and acquisitions and internal controls. Responsible for the group FP&A activities, such as the development of more accurate and technically appropriated business plans and annual budgets, strategic market analysis for risks and opportunities and modeling scenarios for strategic changes. Participation in the internal Business Intelligence Tool development. Responsible for the oversight of the audit process for the group, establishing the financial closing processes and holding technical accounting discussions with the audit company.
