Responsible for all of support contracts negotiation and services sales specific of Oracle products (SW and HW) in government accounts.

Direct Support to managers developing and sending quotations, negotiating delivery dates between customer and factory, payment method and expiration of the quotation. Follow-up of all quotes sent analyzing where we lost, for whom, for what reason and how can we renegotiate or acquire the customer in future prices. Analysis of orders/contracts, making sure it’s the same as negotiated and sending to the post-sale through a dossier to continue the process.Analysis of announcements to participate on futures electronics governmental auctions.

Development of quotations through Excel, negotiating delivery dates with customers, basic knowledge of customs documentation, Commercial Invoice, Certificates, Packing-List, CRT (Certificate Road Transport), Insurance, RE (Export Registration) made in SISCOMEX .
