Responsável pela análise de processos e introdução de novas tecnologias aplicadas ao desenvolvimento de projetos arquitetônicos, estudos de viabilidade e produção de automações. --Composing the technical board, working as BIM Manager, responsible for analyzing processes and introducing new technologies applied to the development of architectural projects, feasibility studies and automation production.

Responsible for projects, quality plans and integration between architects, engineers and workers at building sites. Leadership across problem solving and management of information for stakeholders, workers and government construction laws. Management of BIM Models, across all disciplines (architecture, structure and MEP).

Started as an Architect working in many high rise residential projects and two hospital facilities(healthcare). After a couple of months, after learning the company structure, enrolled in the Technical department as a BIM Manager. The main role is providing training, analysis, Dynamo Scripts, reading/writing BIM sections for contracts, updating the internal BEP and BIM Mandate, creating Revit families and giving feedback to other employees helping them to make a better usage of BIM.

Worked as BIM Manager in high rise residential projects, commercial centers and created the whole BIM process at the company. They were using Revit and needed many improvements on their workflow. Created the company’s BEP, Mandate, specific Revit families and a basic template for Revit.

Worked in commercial and large-scale projects such as convention centers, urban development (in neighborhood scale) and residential projects. Assisted the implementation of Revit as a BIM modeling tool for the office, as they switched from AutoCAD to Revit.

As intern, collaborated in small apartment renovation projects and luxury houses in Brazil and NYC (USA). Learned about the usage of imperial measuring system.Executive drawings focusing on interior design using AutoCAD and 3D modeling and rendered images using 3Ds Max. Follow-up work and measurements in some restoration locations.

This was my first experience in a design office. There I learned a lot about conception studies and learned everything about executive drawings; I already had a lot of knowledge about 3D modeling using SketchUP and 3Ds Max, so they pushed me up to try my best there. I also participated in the creative process of the projects.

My first internship in the Architecture and Urban design area was in the Urban Management Office in the Belo Horizonte`s Town Hall. There I learned about urban planning and management, I also learned about urban laws applied to the architecture projects in our city. I used MapInfo and ArcGIS softwares.
