CurrentTeam Coordination, System Auditing – CDR Gateway(VOIP), Mediation, Data Retention, Billing Platform (AMDOCS ASMM6, UNIX/LINUX, Windows Server 2003, ORACLE, SQL-Server 2005, SSIS SQL-Server 2005).- Auditor Functions and Coordination/Interaction with Support ST-Mediation Team- Training of new support members.- Oracle & SQL SERVER Maintenance - Management and resolution of incidents, tickets, via HP Service Manager, according to the agreed SLA’s.- Ensure Data Quality-functionality related to Mediation Systems (Cabel,ADSL, Voice(VOIP), Mobile)- Execution Functions of monitoring- Liaison between Technical Support, Development, DBA’s, Network, OS Administration and other support teams.
