• Manage Compensation and Benefits processes in Latin America by overseeing people, calendar, methodology and outcomes in order to carry out Workforce Planning, Performance Review, Annual Salary Review, Salary Structure update and Short-Term incentives calculation on time and according to defined guidelines. • Conduct regular audits of job evaluation and matching with Mercer Methodology in order to ensure appropriate position class (IPE), grandfathering plans and design of salary structure. • Offer consulting to local office leadership on Compensation and Benefits topics such as hiring offers, performance, promotion/merit increases, Short-term incentives objectives definition, termination in order to align people strategy with employees.
