I also prove solution capabilities; address technical issues and objections; conduct demos; manage and coordinate pilots and trials; assist with Beta and other Early Programs; ensure customer readiness for products and solutions.

I was in charge of the e-business Demo Labs in IBM Argentina. Me and my team conduct several pilots and demonstration to customers to convince them to adopt new e-business technologies.

I support Human Resources operations through IT Systems. I improved and automate processes to speed up the internal tasks.I also support the migration to a new system doing the compliance tests for all the processes.
