 Direct report to the Head of Electrical/Electronic Systems, FGA Product Development. Management of 12 internal and, depending on timeframe/workload, up to 4 external resources in Torino headquarter, + 2 internal resource in Elasis R&D facility (Pomigliano) and 1 resource in Tofas (Turkey). From 2005 to 2010, a further 5 people Cost Engineering team for providing variable cost and investment analyses of the whole car Electrical&Electronic System, supporting business cases analyses for new car/maintenance programs.Mission:• Developing/Maintaining the Electrical Energy System for all the Passenger Cars and Light Commercial Vehicles of Fiat Group Brands, with direct responsibility for performances, time, cost and quality.Main Tasks:• Providing Specialist Support and Project Chief resources for all model developments and maintenance programs.• Devising, Developing and Maintaining Component Portfolio and Standardization Plans of Electrical Energy Components and Supplier Management Strategies.• Improving Quality and Cost effectiveness of Energy components according to the Company targets.• Developing & Maintaining Design Standards, Testing Specs, Methodologies and Engineering tools and harmonizing them with those of other OEM involved in partnership/joint ventures (FGA-GM and, more recently, FGA-Chrysler).• Guiding and Monitoring Innovation programs in the area of Electrical Energy systems for both conventional and micro-mild hybrid vehicles.

Electrical Energy Innovation Manager Direct report to the Head of Electrical/Electronic Systems. Management of 10 people (5 engineers + 5 technicians).Mission:• Developing System Concepts and Design CAE/CAT tools for Automotive Electrical Systems.• Supporting the development of Innovation Programs in the Area of Electric Hybrid Cars.
