Over five years, I participated in numerous technical training sessions, primarily conducted in English, enhancing my ability to support complex systems effectively.Currently, as an Implementation Specialist for a cloud-based SaaS solution for remote concierge and monitoring software, I guide customers through the process of refining expectations, ensuring technical requirements are met, and delivering comprehensive training to guarantee uninterrupted system operations.
