I worked at TravelOps squad focused in best price optimization for flights and hotel reservations, attending to the internal ops team which was responsible for matching the best flights and hotel opportunities to the travelers's vacation packages. I was responsible for maintaning four active integrations with POS, as well as our passive integrations, which were made with our POS partners implementing our API. On these integrations I developed features as see-bill/check and close-bill/check, both fully connected with the POS in the store, in which the final customer was able to see the total price of the real bill/check coming from the POS and also requiring the bill to the waiter/waitress by our in-store solution(tablet) or in their own smartphone by our mobile solution. Other key achievement in this squad was the implementation of payment methods such as credit and debit card and pix(this is a huge and famous payment method in Brasil in which you can transfer money from one account to another through and ID such as phone number, email, individual taxpayer registry or custom keys)

I was responsible for the design and implementation of a new subscription plan, with customizable feature and addons flags, and upsell and downsell rules. The goal here was to offer more custom subscription options and increase revenue with the auto upsell as a pay-per-use model.

One of my key achievements in this squad was the reformulation of the store registration flow, changing from an asynchronous account creation, after email confirmation, to a synchronous account creation, done in registration time. This update in the registration flow made our store registration conversion rate turn to 100% and increased the number of active stores with orders in 40%.

Ipiranga is one of the biggest oil and gas distributor companies in Brazil with more than 80 years, also having on its business a convenience store franchise(AMPM). As a System Analyst I had two responsabilities. The main one as a fullstack developer in the Prototyping and Innovation Squad and the other one as a scrum master for many products such as Programa VIP, Ipiranga Connect, Ipiranga a Bordo and Ampm a bordo. 🔑 Key Achievements:• Comanda digital: Responsible for developing a scalable solution of digital cards to ampm(Ipiranga's convenience stores) using node for the rest api, jest for testing and ionic for the mobile app. I also made the whole aws cloud setup using iaac(cloudformation), ECS, API Gateway, Route53, S3, CloudFront and Code Pipeline. In addition to that I implemented monitoring using EFK(ElasticSearch, FluentD and Kibana).*Comanda: In Brazil it is card to control orders in bars, restaurants etc.• KMV Caminhoneiro: Responsible for developing an integration healthscore panel for the Ipiranga gas stations using nodeJs and ReactJs. For deployment and hosting I used Openshift.• KMV(Ipiranga's Loyalty Program): I was responsible for guiding and integrating Ipiranga's partners to its Loyalty porgram(KM de Vantagens) as well as I implemented the partners integrations healthscore in Kibana. • LGPD(Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados): I was member of the LGPD squad, supporting the mapping of the corporate architecture, just like with the proposition of new integration flows in order to adequate it to the LGPD requirements.
