- Developed automated routines using Python (Pandas) and SQL to create dashboards in Google DataLake that showed the companies KPI's updated in real time, such as customer average awaiting time, number of customers on hold, average delivery time of hour product per state, and others.- Built a predictive model that forecast how much call center agents we would needhour by hour, by using different timed moving averages based on our past data ofcustomer calls per hour. The project reduced our average customer waiting time from20 minutes to 13.5 minutes, while also being more capital efficient by not having toomany excess agents at any given hour.
