CurrentReporting to CEO, the main missions of this transversal company role are to:- Drive the overall transformation programs within the company with the support of all involved Directorates - Support the CFO for 3 years financial budget consolidation and drive a weekly P&L review with VP focusing on operational risks and opportunities- Interface with shareholder on cross functional topics (mode of operation, business reviews, enterprise risk management, governance, internal… Show more Reporting to CEO, the main missions of this transversal company role are to:- Drive the overall transformation programs within the company with the support of all involved Directorates - Support the CFO for 3 years financial budget consolidation and drive a weekly P&L review with VP focusing on operational risks and opportunities- Interface with shareholder on cross functional topics (mode of operation, business reviews, enterprise risk management, governance, internal communication)- Manage the design and implementation of new end-to-end Business Processes under the leadership of dedicated Transformation Program Managers implementing state-of-the-art Program Management practices and liaising closely with IS/IT experts - Drive company CAPEX follow-up with Industrial Operations, Marine Operations, R&D and Projects organisations- Ensure end-to-end management of company inventories (turn, safety stocks, excess & obsolescence) in close relationship with Industrial Operations- Manage all funding opportunities/possibilities with the relevant European, national or local bodies- Ensure that bidding rules are fully defined and implemented as well as upfront risk management, and participate to executive Bid Approval Reviews- Drive operational excellence program with ship management partners (focus on fleet management)- Ensure cost containment and cost optimizations programs across the organisation- In close relationship with Human Resources, run a global change management program across the company- Ensure ownership of Business Continuity Plans and Crisis Management- Define and update the overall company dashboard with operational KPI representing the key drivers of the operational and financial performance of the company Show less
