As a Business Analyst Lead I'm responsible for managing teams for multiple Managed Services deals, working with resource enablement , delivering SLAs and milestones-based deliverables on target for either Operations, Development (when applicable) and/or Support of the CSG software assets, solutions and services. This position is part of a team that focuses on customer operations and continuous improvement of processes and services. Currently working for projects on Telus Telecommunications company and Dish Network Satellite television company.

As a Business Analyst Senior I'm responsible for identifing complex issues, document and execute operational requirements or tasks which feed the business cycle, providing quality assurance, continuous improvement ,operational continuity and knowledge sharing. Also, help Leaders and Managers on mentoring process for entire Managed Services operational team.
