I was brought into the Adcore team; Globo saw the need to unify all backend developers into a single team, bringing them from their respective teams to serve all self-service teams. This involved restructuring all microservices, migrating servers, establishing new development agreements, automating routines, always focusing on performance, quality deliveries, and reliability. This brings greater responsibility to us.

I joined the Activation team as a FullStack Software Engineer. This team focuses on user onboarding for Globo's self-service platforms, namely GloboSIM and GloboADS, ensuring the security of their information and providing maximum convenience for logging in/registering. It's a complex structure as we deal with registrations for members, owners, representatives, visitors, etc., delivering unique experiences for each.

During this period, I participated in different teams, where I consistently excelled. Initially, I joined the Application Integration team, dedicated to developing APIs for Globo's self-service platforms. Subsequently, I transitioned to the Data team, focused on data intelligence within the same Globo self-service platforms.Later on, I became a part of the Globoads Strategy team, where we were responsible for the entire process, from selection to service acquisition on Globoads. Following that, I moved to the Globoads Support team, addressing incidents related to purchases, listings, errors, among others. This experience significantly contributed to my maturity in problem-solving, encouraging me to conceive various solutions.During this time, I faced challenges from various areas, including frontend, backend, and database. This demanded quick adaptation, considering the priority level associated with each issue. Here, I could apply many of the experiences I gained in other teams and also learn a great deal from each incident.Over time, the support team was merged into the Globoads team, consolidating a shared focus on implementing new functionalities. Our main objective was to continuously optimize the user journey on the platform while effectively resolving incidents by developing features at the root of the problem.
