Guest lecturer on Industrial Risk Management for MSc students at the UTSEUS (utseus.shu.edu.cn), a partnership between three French Universities of Technology and Shanghai University. One of the largest Sino-foreign education program, UTSEUS currently provides instruction for around 1,200 students according to the exacting standards of French engineering degree programs.

Ides AB is a Swedish group supplying engineering tools based on open standards. Ides' industry-focused solutions are optimized for plant engineering from EPC (Engineering Procurement Construction) to OO (Owner Operator). The best-known product is electrical engineering tool elMaster. Set up the Chinese operation, established strategic partnerships and signed contracts with power groups (Shenergy, Guodian, State Grid), construction (Beijing Jianyi Investment Group) and engineering firms (ABB). Major business development effort in the Chinese nuclear power sector, based on Ides' roots in the Swedish nuclear industry. Terminated my direct involvement in the business in June 2015, but remain a shareholder in the Hongkong holding company.

Maintenance management and CMMS consulting services. I established the company, acted as board member and set up a team of consultants serving clients in real estate, industrial manufacturing, and electrical infrastructures. I joined the team full time after leaving IFS and focused on developing an exclusive relationship with Siveco Group, a European pioneer in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), to develop the Chinese business.

Supplier of Condition Monitoring Systems for the Chinese power generation industry. I helped start the business in 2002, brokered a distribution agreement with SPM Instruments, a leading global supplier of vibration analysis systems and was on the board of directors for a while. A dozen large power plants have installed our systems.

Public-listed supplier of management applications targeting asset-intensive industries. The division included a JV in China (40+ employees, an operation I started in 2000 and grew to number one market position in the Chinese utility market in 2003 according to IDC), a business unit in India, as well as staff (sales and consulting) and partners in 8 countries across the Asia Pacific region.

A joint-venture of the same company, IFS, and Yonyou (then known as UFIDA), the largest Chinese supplier of ERP systems. The JV took over the activities of my "Asset Intensive Industries" division I founded in China. We established the company as one of the group's highest profile operation. A number of prestigious projects were signed, including the world's largest hydropower plant (the largest contract ever at that time for both IFS and UFIDA in Asia).

Chinese subsidiary of the same company, IFS. In charge of the 'Asset Intensive Industry' business unit, which I started, signing major deals with Chinese utilities in the first year. In 2001, our turnover was equivalent to our main competitor, representing a significant share of the company's business in Asia. Initiated partnership with ABB (ABB later became a global partner and took a 5% share in IFS).

Consulting activities in the asset management marketplace and support for newly setup IFS operations in various Asian countries. I initiated a sales focus on major utility and infrastructure bids, establishing consortia with leading Asian engineering firms to work on the first multimillion-dollar bids for IFS in Asia Pacific. Support for the establishment of the company in China.

Business intelligence and support services for French companies dealing with infrastructure projects in Singapore (metro) and, to a lesser extent, Southeast Asia. Assistant for the coordination of French Trade Commissions in ASEAN countries.

World leader in bearings. Project manager for maintenance improvement project in one of the group's largest plant, in Goteborg, Sweden.
