[Per vers. italiana cambiare la lingua]I am fifty-eight years old graduated in Mechanical Engineering, and my entire career has been running on Operations, Supply Chain and Industrial Management in manufacturing companies; I have been working as Temporary Manager from more than ten years on organizational development, upgrading and / or turn – around projects, and I was CEO and General Manager in a plastic processing machines manufacturing company, part of an Austrian multinational group.Starting from autumn 2015 I have been putting my attention on “Industry 4.0” themes, to achieve new competences to be linked to previous extensive experience on strong and fast change management (concerning start – up, organizational review, corporate restructuring and turn - around management), to support companies who decide to face Smart Manufacturing journey with awareness and strategic vision.So, I can help companies which want to improve their competitiveness through operating structure digitization, and intend to proceed, in times and ways fitted to their specific condition, through a long term change project, moving from “Industry 4.0” manufacturing new vision.To these companies I can offer support during change project definition and in subsequent step-by-step project management, to speed up tangible results achievement and to reduce risk of costly and painful failures, thanks to association between experience in processes analysis, knowledge about "Industry 4.0" technologies can actually offer, and capability to activate and manage deep organizational changes.Moreover, I am in condition to effectively disseminate Smart Manufacturing concepts at different organization levels (from shop floor, to management, up to ownership), adopting each time the most appropriate and incisive language, thank to my involvement in several information and training activities on these issues, acted in different environments.CONTACTSb.lodi@managerassociati.net
