Delivered 80% of reduction in HW usage and 2 years of stable production environment.This project methodology was agile with 4 week sprints. To better monitor the environment, we have implemented Splunk with several alerts, dashboards and big data analysis to find improvements.

Besides this challenge, there was another one, a volume of thousands of service orders per day. This was a great experience when supporting production environment.During the three years of hands-on experience in this project, I became an expert in Conceptwave Order Care and very experienced in Order Management (OM).
