- Assist the budgeting and forecasting control of the different areas, analyzing deviations and proposing the appropriate correction measures;- Contribute to the regular reporting for monthly closing;- Management of opex and capex for the business unit, finance department, CEO executive, legal and strategy;- Responsible for the opex cost efficiency project and compilation of information from all business areas;- Creation of the long range plan model in cooperation with all business areas;- Building forecasts, financial plans and reflecting efficient use of financial resources to achieve targets aligned to business objectives;- Interaction with business units to assist with financial decisions and operations.

- Giving Kitesurf classes to different levels and ages and for students of many nationalities.

- Responsible for setting up events based on companies' announcements;- Analysis and validation of data and instructions in order to process the information in the custody system and send it to the market;- Ensuring that all relevant deadlines are met and that all proceeds have been received and paid to customers.

- Analysis of main KPIs and update of data regarding the company's global activity;- Responsible for assessing the activity of distribution channels and creation of control methods which made it possible to considerably reduce errors and irregularities in store activities;- Participation in the production and consolidation of management reports with monthly presentations made to the board;- Responsible for the automation of various reports, allowing to reduce the execution time of several tasks;- I gained knowledge and experience with Agile frameworks, sprints and daily use of a Kanban board.

- Responsible for representing more than 2000 students and offer them a variety of activities;- Leading a team of more than 40 members and 5 departments;- Establishment of 5 new business partnerships and renewal of the existing ones;- Management and support of 5 sports teams;- Planning of Católica Snowtrip 2019 (more than 150 participants), management of sales and coordination with travel agency.

- Management of funds and sponsorships in the amount of more than 50.000€;- Management of the financial elements of all the departments, events and activities of the Students' Union;- Realization of financial reports and preparation of the Anual Report 2017/2018;- Planning of Católica Snowtrip 2018 (more than 150 participants), management of sales and coordination with travel agency;- Keep the other members of the board regularly informed about the main financial elements and assessment of fiscal health.

- Organization of the most varied events promoted by the Students' Union and the college itself, with the presence of more than 300 students;- Promote the integration of our colleagues and defended their interests.

- Practical experience in teamwork and problem solving, maintaining a competitive spirit in an engaging and dynamic market;- Raised awareness of a company's operations from the management point of view and recognized the interactions between various companies and their external influences in a complex and competitive market;- Increased the ability to interpret and predict market situations, transforming them into future decisions and objectives.With hundreds of participants divided into teams from all over the country, we managed to reach the final of the competition among the top twenty-five teams, which took place at IPAM - Marketing School, in Porto.
