Acted as a bilingual customer service agent, providing support to all types of problems and situations, developing practices and solutions for the most diverse areas of technical support.

Experience in supporting all kinds of customers of a broadly used streaming service while performing the role of agent support, mentor, point of contact to foreign offices, team management and creating exercises to improve agents knowledge.

During 2016, with a partner, I had the opportunity to own a clothing store for college students, where I learned how to handle customer service. As a manager and handyman, I went through all the sectors of the store. Our partnership lasted a year.

Starting in 2014 I worked on the construction business at MRV as administrative assistant for 1-year, daily dealing with vendors and constructors demands, interacting with the organization as a whole, especially developing my problem solving and social skills.

My first professional experience was as an intern in the IT sector at UnP (Potiguar University), where I had the opportunity to learn more about computer maintenance, technical support and different ways to attend students and teachers requests. I started in 2011 and stayed until 2013.
