Autoneum is represented at around 50 locations in over 20 countries and employs more than 10,000 people worldwide.Main tasks on this position: - Ensure that the quality development tools are adequately planned and developed (functional analysis, special characteristics, design FMEA, design verification plan, process FMEA, control plan) so as to ensure the quality of product realization.- Ensure the strict implementation of the standards related to the Product Quality Assurance approach during all Autoneum development process.- Participate to the reviews of all customer specifications.- Participate to the periodic meetings with customer quality personnel (cubing, tolerance reviews, customer complaints, etc.) during all development phases.- Validate initial gauges and control fixtures specifications, and delivers acceptance.- Define the product acceptance and rejection criteria, and ensures boundary samples availability.- Ensure preparation of Prototype, Pre-launch and Production Quality documents.- Manage PVP (Product Verification Plan) shared with customer- Ensure that all PPAP documents are correct, up-to-date and controlled.- Ensure in time delivery of supporting documentation for sample parts deliveries to the customer, as required by the relevant customer approach (ex :PPAP level 1 to 5, VDA level 1 to 3).- Manage the creation of all required sample reports (PSW, ISIR), for all PPAP phases.- Participate in the approval process for full production validation.- Ensure that all material declaration are delivered to customer via relevant systems (e.g.IMDS)
