I have more than 20 years of work experience in finance, treasury, business development and technology.In 2022, I was appointed CFO for the International Markets of BRF leading a finance team across the globe located in Americas, Europe, Africa and Asia.In 2019, I was appointed CFO for Middle East of BRF. During the pandemic, despite of all the challenges, we delivered strong profitability, the best ever overdue and solid cash flow generation in the region.Prior to that, I was the Senior Treasury Manager for OneFoods, a subsidiary of BRF focusing on the Muslim world, after working on business development for two years being responsible for a Post-Merger Integration project in Singapore and developing market entry strategies for countries in Middle East such as Turkey and Egypt.I also have an extensive experience in Corporate Finance and Treasury leading high performance teams responsible for cash flow and working capital management. We have implemented one of the most successful Global Supply Chain Finance in Brazil releasing around USD 500 million in cash. When working in Treasury, I was also responsible for the execution of financial transactions such as FX and derivatives (commodities, interest rates, FX) participating actively in financial risk management and capital markets.Having done a MBA in a very teamwork oriented school as Fuqua, being part of an international non-profit organization called CISV and working with people from Latin America, Europe, Asia and Middle East make me very comfortable to work and lead people from different backgrounds and cultures.In addition, I always put my energy and values such as learning, optimism, protagonism and balance on any mission which I'm working on.International experience: Spain, UK, Singapore, UAE, Turkey, EgyptMain skills: stakeholders management, team management, coaching, mentoring, business partnering, business controlling, business development, market entry, capital markets, corporate finance, treasury, financial planning, working capital, risk management, financial reports, technology.
