I was responsible for the Business Applications business in the Portuguese market, covering both Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

My mission was to help our customers digitally transform their businesses to drive new sources of revenue, create new and engaging ways to serve their customers and employees.

- Plan approaches and pitches;- Evaluation of client business environment including customer needs, capabilities/assets;- Discover opportunities, outline and present compelling solutions;- Work with Procensus teams to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns and objectives;- Working closely with Marketing team defining strategies by product, customer and business area;- Participate in sales and marketing related efforts including webinars, in-person presentations, speaking engagements, and conferences;- Maintain and develop close relationships with strategic partners that add value to our offer and customer base;- Help the Board monitor the individual goals execution of the Sales team's members.

- Led a team of 6 people and was responsible for Category Management and Pricing team in the implementation of SAP solution for Retail (SAP-IS Retail) in ICA Norway (Group Ahold).- Was team lead in several other SAP ERP implementation projects with the responsibility of the procurement, inventory management and sales modules. In some projects also participated in project management tasks.- Designed solutions and processes altered to each client business requirements that helped reduce cost and cycle time

- Co-responsible for configuration tasks, testing and training in SAP supply-chain modules with the SAP solution for energy (SAP IS-OIL) in BP (UK).- Member of the Iberian deployment team (Portugal and Spain).

- Co-responsible for the implementation of the SAP solution for public sector in the Portuguese Ministry of Defense. - Gained widespread experience in procurement and inventory management modules of SAP ERP solution and all phases involving a full cycle implementation using ASAP methodology.
