Digitalization of processes to eliminate paper-use sources in production lines, by applying Design Thinking and Agile methodologies. During this internship, I demonstrated a strong commitment to continuous improvement and significantly improved my communication and teamwork skills.

During this journey, I managed all financial matters for the team, focusing on reaching our goals. This role enabled me to develop key skills in financial management, cost analysis and profitability.

Engenius - UA Formula Student is a multidisciplinary team composed of students from the University of Aveiro, dedicated to the development of sustainable and innovative projects that allow participation in Formula Student competitions. I was responsible for developing new business opportunities, mainly through strategic partnerships for the team. This involved creating and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and companies supporting the project. This role allowed me to develop my skills in communication, project management and strategy planning.

I organized cultural activities and coordinated with companies, by fostering connections between our organization and external partners to secure crucial resources to our operations. This experience allowed me to develop skills in communication, networking and collaboration.
