From 1994 I have been representing Italian and foreign clients in legal matters in various areas of civil law, in and out of courts, including the Italian Supreme Court. I am an Italian lawyer qualified in Italy (High Courts) and in England and Wales as well - a Registered Trust and Estate Practitioner.During my career, I worked in most fields of both Italian and UK law, mostly in: family law, company law, bankruptcy, commercial, debt collection, trusts, real estate, and litigation. I work now both in Italy and in the UK, managing my own firm, with strong connections in Luxembourg (2years experience as director in a securitization company) and Malta as well.
