I have advised and mentored sports teams, amateur and professional athletes, as well as internationally renowned Canadian coaches, to help them enhance their wellbeing, human potential and performance. Some thirty Olympic medallists and world champions have worked with me, including Alexandre Despatie, Joannie Rochette and Canada’s speed skating teams.
