Shifting my responsibilities at Cromai to managing the product design, user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of the company.

My main scope in this role was to build a missionary team of product managers and designers to pursue product opportunities in three core pillars of Cromai (aerial images, sensor and operation tools).Making people accountable for their deliveries, allowing space for mistakes and nurturing a culture of psychological safety were tactical actions that I believe created a healthy environment for product success. I've used a set of frameworks to reach that goal. Built product and design career ladders. Adapted PM Wheel and UX Spectrum frameworks to help access technical gaps of the team. Tailored individual development plans (IDP) that address technical gaps for each person on the team and mentor them during the period.While forming the team, I also directed their effort towards business impact helping them define product metrics with a Focus Metric framework and align opportunities and with stakeholders with Roadmaps.

During my time as Lead Product Designer, I've been at the frontline of managing new products for agriculture while helping my team of designers and business analysts to develop the necessary skills to work with AI products.This period helped me develop my understanding of product metrics working to increase engagement and scale of those products and starting my studies about product strategy to maintain product roadmaps up to date and aligned with our stakeholders.

Don't get me started on what we've already achieved here at Cromai. I've started working as UI Designer on the first product that the agritech was building at that time in 2018. On the next products I added some of my UX designer skills to enhance the experience of our technical sollutions for the agriculture world.As the startup grows so was my learning and responsibilities as an UX Designer building product for an easy experience and already trying to understand product vision. At the same time, I needed to understand more about AI within our products and how digital products are built.Nowadays I've been asked to play a more significant role in Product Management so I'm focusing on those skills set to help Cromai ship amazing products and revolutionize the agriculture world.

Working at StudioIno shaped most of my hard skills as a designer in order to pursue excellence within projects of foodservice equipment, like refrigerators and ovens for professional kitchens. Those projects were executed alongside a team of great designers who introduced me to techniques and processes of conception, creation and development of products.After two years in the agency, I've also started to develop branding projects for foodservice companies with the guidance of foodservice specialists realizing the conceptual and creative part of the design process was a strong point in my skill set.

Created 2020 Design User Manual. Modelled over 200 products using 3d max. Teach 20-20 Design.

Adquired basic print knowledge, regarding colors. Able to build full cover for books.

Learned about product line and tips and hints for presentation behavior.
