I have a bachelor's degree in Biology with over 10 years of experience in a laboratory environment. During my studies and technical support, I had the opportunity to have experience with a variety of techniques such as PCR, experiment modeling, DNA extraction, determination of proteins and enzymes and biomarkers in biological samples, preparation of buffers and media, physicochemical analysis, maintenance of different cell cultures, cell viability tests.During my career break, I moved and adapted to new cultures, I continued to improve my skills by working in a different production sector. This allowed me to gather and strengthen my skills such as maintaining product compliance, attention to detail, problem-solving, root cause studies, good communication and social skills. I've been working in ​​biotechnology and cell and gene therapy. I have gained experience and training to work in gowning in cleanrooms, follow strict quality GMP guidelines, prepare buffers and materials, treat cells, culture cells, batch record reviews, and SOPs. During my time at Yazaki Saltano, I worked with different departments, performing visual and functional inspections, recording production in Microsoft Excel, SAP registration, team training. I carry out supervision production work aimed at the development of new products, the continuous improvement of existing products through root cause analysis, or solving problems in the production of existing products such as deviations ensuring that products meet international quality standards, such as ISO standards. The company maintained in our quality department its priority in deliveries and adaptation to guarantee service to global customers, with reduced defects and production in compliance.

The State University of Maranhão (UEMA) is a public higher education institution founded in 1987 to promote educational, scientific, and technological development. UEMA has a strong presence in areas such as agronomy, engineering, and human sciences, contributing significantly to the training of professionals and the advancement of regional research. One of its main initiatives was the Darcy Ribeiro Program, focused on training teachers to work in rural areas and hard-to-reach areas in Maranhão. This program was an important achievement, expanding access to education and qualifying teachers to confront the challenges of basic education in the state. My main functions as a professor in this program were to train future educators, developing their pedagogical and didactic skills to act effectively and transformatively in the school environment.My communication and ability to guide and evaluate course completion work during this role was essential to contribute to the program and as a result our team in program Darcy Ribeiro trained more than 2,400 new Science teachers with qualifications in Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics and Biology with the aim of contributing to reducing the deficit of teachers in the state and municipal education networks of the State.

I was responsible for maintenance and support of postgraduate student experiments make identification of species collected in the field, Maintenance of tadpoles in aquariums, Setting up aquariums for experiments, setting up experiments, obtaining morphometric data, follow and record standard operating protocols (SOP), registered data in excel sheets and assistance as a driver in field research. During the support period, all postgraduate students achieved success in their research, including resulting in impactful scientific publications as well as the development of SOP for replication of future experiments.
