My experience has given me the opportunity to demonstrate my capacity to succeed in a range of different environments. I have lived and worked in different countries and sectors, always with a strong appetite to learn new things and face new challenges. I have 10 years of experience in Project Management and International Partnerships, leading cross-cultural, remote, and global teams with the skills to work effectively in a diverse, international, and fast-paced environment. Additionally, I am fluent in Spanish, Catalan, English, and Italian. I'm a natural planner that takes pleasure in completing tasks. Always with an analytical approach, I solve meaningful problems by thinking imaginatively across disciplines and involving multiple teams. I’m able to work independently and proactively, but I’m also a team player who values cross-functional collaboration. I have exceptional organisational and time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks successfully and efficiently. I’m good at reading other people and understanding their needs and motivations. Likewise, I build trusting and strong relationships with colleagues across teams at all levels, treating everyone with respect, and promoting the well-being of everyone. At International Schools Partnership (ISP), I built and led a team to effectively develop and implement a wide range of international learning programmes for students. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, the learning offering grew from 3 programmes in 2018 reaching 150 students to today's 11 programmes with more than 29,000 participants in over 50 schools in 16 different countries around the world. As ISP Head of International Learning Opportunities for Students, I held overall accountability for the management and delivery of the educational programmes, making sure that all of them were carefully planned and delivered across scope, deliverables, budget, timeline, communication, execution and evaluation. Working together with multiple departments, regional teams and schools, I ensured the quality, impact, and consistency of the programmes. I was the go-to-go person for the international learning programmes, supporting schools and regularly reporting to the ISP senior leadership team.I'm keen to acquire knowledge in diverse areas, help organisations grow, and work to transform the lives of people for the better through innovation and education.Passionate about gastronomy.
