Despite the challenges of the pandemic, the ILOS Offering grew from 3 programmes in 2018 reaching 150 students to 11 programmes with more than 29,000 participants in 2022.The ILOS allow ISP students to develop both life and intercultural competencies through unique learning-focused programmes with other ISP students. Some take place online, others in school, and many include in-person experiences abroad covering STEM, the Arts, Language & Communications and Sports. The ILOS provide ISP students with opportunities for memorable international and cultural learning experiences and enable them to develop their language and communication skills, learn about different cultures, and create long-term friendships across the world.- I led the ILOS Central Team in the development and implementation of the ILOS, ensuring that the 11 programmes were expertly planned for across communication, promotion, implementation and evaluation.- Collaborating across functions, regions and schools, I ensured the quality and consistency of the ILOS across the 7 regional teams and 55 schools in 16 countries of the group.- I managed internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute the end-to-end operational aspects of the programmes.- In collaboration with the Marketing & Comms team, I managed the marketing and communications for the ILOS including promotional and support materials for schools, parents and students.- I built trusting relationships with colleagues, treating everyone with respect, embracing similarities and differences with an awareness and appreciation of diverse cultures, and promoting the well-being of each other.
