I worked in the coordination of the Tourism Observatory of the Municipality of Ilhabela, which is part of the Department of Economic Development and Tourism of Ilhabela, developing primary and secondary research activities, preparing newsletters and interactive panels (PBI). The data collected gathered official and critical statistical information about the Tourism scenario in the City of Ilhabela and region. This information was transformed into statistical technical reports for internal consultation by the Municipal Secretaries and the Mayor, in addition to external sharing in improvement processes that dealt with Tourism Management in the city of Ilhabela, being used by entrepreneurs in the tourist trade and municipal councils. My main role was: to structure the local data framework, in addition to promoting research and generating relevant information to contribute to the social development and economic growth of Tourism in the city of Ilhabela.

I worked directly with the service to small and medium entrepreneurs in the city of Ilhabela, providing technical guidance of low and medium impact on the management of their companies. I was a member of the city's entrepreneurship management council, being one of those responsible for preparing SEBRAE's annual and priority initiatives in the municipality, such as courses, technical consultations, actions for market access, joint efforts to access microcredit, opening and closing of companies and regularization of companies with the public authorities.

I was responsible for issuing authorizations for the entry, stay and circulation of excursion vehicles in the city of Ilhabela, following regulations provided for in municipal law.Supervised a team of about 8 people to serve the public (tourist/traveler) and maintain 3 service/work stations.

Collaborating with the structured dissemination of the Ilhabela destination with participation in national fairs, focusing on the segments of sun and beach tourism, ecotourism and nautical tourism.I was as Social Media on the official page of "Secretaria de Turismo de Ilhabela".Supervised a team of about 8 people to serve the public (tourist/traveler) and maintain 3 service/work stations.I collaborated in logistical support and back stage in musical and cultural events within the events team.

Tourist information at the city's tourist information centers, including and not only the preparation of quick itineraries for different groups of visitors, always focusing on their expectations and experiences during their stay in the city. Assistance in the Backoffice in the preparation of excel spreadsheets, powerpoint presentations and official internal communication documents such as memos, letters and emails. I also provided support in the execution and supervision of municipal law that deals with the control of the entry of excursion vehicles, providing guidance to tour guides and accompanying release processes, checking documents and the like.
