• Managing an external PR agency including budget control.
• Thought leadership content generation (social media, internal, client blogs, newsletters and case studies).
• Raising the profile of thought leaders in the business through identifying speaker opportunities, article placement, 1-1 meetings and comment placement on relevant issues in key publications. Providing media training.
• Company spokesperson (including appearances on BBC Newsnight, BBC Breakfast, Five Live, and the Today Programme) on a range of issues including fraud, political trends, retail, poverty, debt and credit.

• Planning, creating and implementing thought leadership and high profile national media campaigns in support of our core propositions in public sector covering fraud prevention, identity management, collections.
• Thought leadership content generation, writing and placing articles for publications, social media, blogs, client newsletters and case studies.
• Developing innovative and bespoke research, analysis and surveys as unique content for thought leadership campaigns.
• A deep understanding of specific public sector fraud and identity management issues including Social Housing Tenancy Fraud and Single Person Discount fraud.
• Produced the Experian Insight report, a quarterly report focused on public sector fraud issues.
