- Directed and developed a team of 20 Internal sales professionals to achieve sales goals through coaching and sales leadership.- Partnered with external wholesalers, general agency owners, and senior field leadership to promote and sell insurance solutions.-Built strong relationships with internal partners in service, product, and compliance to make sure our sales team was positioned to write accurate and acceptable business.
