Global Experience Design Director
CurrentResponsible for building a selection of Haleon Over the Counter (OTC) brands, fully leveraging all aspects of design at a strategic, tactical and operational level. You will work as a Design partner with marketing, ensuring functional excellence that delivers outstanding consumer experiences.Managing all aspects of the Design mix, Shopper, Digital, Product, Packaging, Expert, Innovation, to deliver against brand and category objectives whilst embedding Design best practice and a culture of Design Thinking and Design Linking. To drive high Design quality and consistency at both the global category level and in our local operating markets.
