- Responsible for designing the project and leading the REC’n’Play Technology FestivalThe Festival showcases creative digital experiences, training, entertainment and business events in the main technology trends such as A.I. (artificial intelligence), games, edutech, fintech, lawtech, construtech, healhtech, HRTech, govtech, fashiontech, foodtech, agrotech, among others.The last edition featured 553 events held throughout the island of Recife (206% leverage in number of events). Transforming the historic center of the city into a large and open themed pavilion with 20 simultaneous rooms, streets and public squares.The Event has become a tradition in the region and one of the biggest technology events in Brazil. The last edition registered 64 thousand participants representing a growth of 457% over 2 years.- Definition of the scope and leadership of the areas responsible for the event: content, communication, production and commercial, with an emphasis on the quality of the audience's experience.- Tactical management of the event: budget planning, financial management, preparation of schedules, monitoring of deadlines and processes, leadership of teams and suppliers, compilation of results, accountability to sponsors.- Selection and management of specialized providers: technology services, infrastructure, curation and schedule team, press office, among others.

- Development and management of the Museum of Tomorrow's event production area.About 200 events were held under my management, generating approximately R$2 million in revenue in 2016.- Clients and partners: Coca-Cola, Santander, Nissan, Osklen, L'Oreal, Olympics – COB, Paralympics – CPB, Rede Globo de Televisão, NHK Japan, Google Art Project, Petrobras, Intel, Engie, Roche, Infoglobo, Endeavor, Odebrecht, Roberto Marinho Foundation, Brazilian Society of Plastic Surgery, Brazilian Academy of Sciences, etc.- Training and management of executive production teams and technical teams (audio and video).Budget management and contracts with suppliers, reporting directly to the board of directors.- Responsible for the hiring and acquisition processes observing the transparency and anti-corruption mechanisms that govern Social Organizations, maintaining a focus on speed, economy and legal security.- Elaboration of internal processes, with creation of flows, schedules, definition of key indicators (KPI) for the area and preparation of reports for the Board of Directors, partners and external auditorship.Planning of programming and production of exhibitions, seeking greater efficiency of resources and adequate use of the budget under the brazilian law 8313 (aka Law Rouanet - created to provide monetary funds for use in art and culture as a tax incentive policy to encourage cultural investments by the private sector through deduction of income taxes).

Events Production Coordinator and Cultural Programming Coordinator- Management of the events production area of the four units of the "Park Libraries" network of Rio de Janeiro state, including 3D cinema, two theaters, four auditoriums, two exhibitions spaces and a musical recording studio.- Cultural programming of BPE - headquarters of the network, a high technology cultural facility with 14,000 m² (5,40 square miles) in the heart of Rio de Janeiro city. - Training and management of executive production team and of the audio/video operational team.- Planning and management of budgets, contracts with suppliers. Executive producer- Universal Mark Project – production of the official Rio+20 multimedia art exhibition, which inaugurated the Environment Museum of Rio de Janeiro.
