Throughout my time at Liberty Capital Group, I was responsible for the company's data management. I identified bottlenecks throughout the data sheets and incorporated CRM and automation tools in order to reduce the time needed to manage the existing data by half. Through Podio, a CRM tool, I was able to increase the employees' overall efficiency regarding data management and later automate a large part of the email marketing campaign by adding customized messages.Reason for leaving: Project completed
