CurrentBuilding a new Sales Unit is Spain since 2016 for improving the sales and the customer service in the spanish region for Sensor solutions, Motion Control, Process Sensors and Vision technologies. Internal sales manager for the Spanish organization, reporting directly to the Western Europe General Manager. Managing directly an hybrid team (local and remote) performing Sales, Marketing, Finance, Administrative, Customer support and Engineering tasks, always with a sales approach.Implementation of Strategy in all sales aspects, Budget, forecasting and controlling.Working deep into each market and developing accurate sales plans collecting and communicating customer needs. Close interaction with all the sales team.Build up and support the distribution network.Maintain Sales performance through controlling.Improve and maintain team efficiency.Develop marketing programs.SAP CRM / BI Power user.
