I led the development of an automated reporting system for Cardiac CT scans in Portugal, utilizing Node.js with TypeScript for the backend and React.js with Vite for the frontend. Implementing Clean Architecture and robust testing methodologies, I ensured reliability using Vitest and React Testing Library.Data management was handled through Prisma ORM and Postgres, with Docker for deployment and Git for version control. The system allows users to access, filter, and manage patient data, generate customizable PDF reports, and administer user profiles.In addition, I designed intuitive user interfaces with Adobe XD. This project significantly improves the cardiac reporting process in Portugal, and it's ready to accommodate additional report processes such as brain scans and others in the future.

In my role, I led the development of an innovative application aimed for students with specific educational needs. Beginning with prototyping using Adobe XD, I designed both the front office and back office interfaces to ensure seamless usability.The application provided students with a platform to seek assistance by filling out a customizable form. Based on their responses, requests for help were automatically directed to a designated office for review and approval.This comprehensive platform catered to various user roles including teachers, students, psychologists, translators, publishers, and administrators, each with their own customizable permissions. One notable feature was the app's full translatability, allowing for dynamic language adjustments directly from the back office without the need for code editing.Students and psychologists benefited from real-time communication capabilities via a chatbox, enabling them to exchange messages and share files effortlessly. Teachers had access to student's educational needs profiles, while publishers could contribute articles to the blog.The administrator held extensive control over the application's functionality. They could modify the form, adding new fields as needed, without touching any code. Additionally, they had the authority to customize various aspects of the app, including the footer, logo, colors, social media links, and contact information, ensuring adaptability and branding consistency.Through innovative design and functionality, this application provided a holistic solution for students with diverse educational requirements, empowering them to thrive in their academic journeys.
