Formation evaluation and reservoir surveillance trough comprehensive petrophysical studies and analyses, integrating log responses, rock, fluid and production data. Managing a complex and multidisciplinary Pre-salt project (sedimentology, geochemistry, volcanics, stratigraphy, petrophysics, geophysics, geologic modeling) leading over 60 people, including geologists, students (undergraduate, MSc, PhD, Post-Doc), professors and consultants. Responsible for writing technical and executive reports, engaging with key stakeholders, managing project timeline, project status, budget allocation, resources and risks.Coordenating petrophysical activities and performing petrophysical evaluation of Pre-salt reservoirs from different oilfields such as Sapinhoá, Lula, Búzios, Gato do Mato, Mero, Lapa, Alto de Cabo Frio, Iara, among others.

Coordinating petrophysical activities for the Pre-Salt Project, implementing multidisciplinary workflows for reservoir characterization and applying advanced techniques such as rock types, FZI, borehole images, NMR and saturation height modeling. Interpretation of lithological and petrophysical data, performing integration with RCAL, SCAL and geochemical analyses (XRD, SEM-EDS, XRF).Perform detailed carbonate sedimentology, stratigraphy and facies analysis at well to field scale through core description, petrography and geochemistry.
