The company creates solutions for teacher improvement through reflective teaching and constructive feedback with +600 schools, +25k teachers, +750k students.From the registration of classes, teachers can reflect individually or with mentors on their teaching practice and discuss how to improve techniques, strategies, adjust the posture, and overcome difficulties encountered in the classroom.The increase in a leadership capacity, the more efficient mobilization of content, the rediscovery of the passion for education, and the appreciable change in student engagement are some of the results presented by the use of Kanttum solutions.I was a board member from 2020 until the acquisition by Eleva Educação.

Promoted to Sales VP and keeping Blackboard sales responsibility for Brazil, but now adding all the Sales on Higher Education market in the country, developing business with all the major institutions in the region, building a client portfolio from scratch to 250+ clients with different solutions, becoming the leader in the market in 8 years.
