Part of the Performance & Planning / Digital Transformation team supporting the deployment of digital solutions for the Wells deepwater line of business across multiple regions / countries.In this role, I expanded my experience with agile methods, SCRUM, MVPs, PoCs, UATs, early adoption, virtual collaboration, mobile work, technical software development and deployment, as well as business strategy improvement, workflows optimization, systems engineering, design thinking, process mapping and standardization... all at the core of the technical work performed in drilling, completions, well interventions and abandonments operations.- Supported digital transformation applications deployment at global scale in Wells deepwater: External partnerships and internally developed proprietary tools (Digital Ecosystem) to improve business performance at large scale.- Maintained a network across different regions (operating units) for learning and replication optimization.- Actively participated on the digital enablement of Franchise in deepwater at the early stages of design and implementation, interacting with the project group, global digital team and performance & planning. Led Digital Transformation Efficiency Projects: Coordinated pilot project development on evaluating & implementing Well Engineering technology tools to enhance team (people) and operational (rig) performance on daily and long term deliverables, targeting reaching beyond main goals (ambition) by enabling key applications, dedicated & specific software development, mobile work, new tools and execution enhancement. Local (Brazil) Wells Operations DT Lead.Actively supported Wells Global Franchising model development (new ways of working) as a SCRUM Master, looking into the backbone and structural part of the process.Managed the development of a digital application using agile methods to deliver a tool to digitally enhance business planning, rig sequences and performance improvement plans (PIP's, initiatives). Implemented a local hybrid RTOC (real time operations center), combining 3 different systems to deliver maximized value to offshore rig operations. Continuous cost & time improvement initiative applied to interventions design based on learning curve & execution optimization.- Execution (offshore): Lead operations manager onboard the rig working on rig preparedness, logistics, HSE, subsea equipment retrieval, ESPs (Electrical Submersible Pumps) change out & deployment of MOBO back to ALMs (Artificial Lift Manifolds) to restore production in the field. Well Engineering Team - Drilling / Completion / Well Servicing - Shell E&P - The main activity is to be the focal point between the drilling and completion technical team (Wells Engineers) and the support areas (Supply Chain Management, Finance, Logistics, Shell’s accounting system development (SAP Blue Print) and Taxes).- Wells Planner Scheduler has a key role of creation and control of materials and services requisitions in the company’s accounting system and is also responsible for putting in the system the budget structure of drilling and completion projects.- Create and manage networks of projects;- Create services and materials requisitions / reservations;- Daily control of the projects cost; making reports;- Centralizing the materials transfering process;- Assist engineers in the well conclusion report.- SAP Super User!

In this job I supported the sales, marketing and commercial departments in an IT hardware importation and distribution center. Dealing with customers and equipment registering & classification were part of my duties. After a while, I became accountable for all merchandising and advertising of the products commercialized by the company: preparing promotional flyers, dedicated mailings and electronic marketing. With the intention to increase sales and reach out a wider population, I developed and maintained the e-commerce online store, managing all digital orders and dispatching products for delivery.

Several different roles in a plastic disposable products store, starting in sales and dealing with customers. Performed cash flow control as well as payments and receiving processes. Part of my duties involved negotiation with suppliers and emission of receipts & invoices. Was promoted to manager after developing a digital stock control and organization system, including daily cost control and emission of financial reports.
