I am a strategic thinker with a pragmatic approach and strong technical background. To date, I have enjoyed a career in both mining services and management consulting across Australia and South America. In my current role, I manage two portfolios within Orica's Australia Pacific region: ammonium nitrate category, and regional strategy. Prior to rejoining Orica in 2019, I spent 4 years in management consulting, where I led and contributed to engagements across broad industries including financial services, logistics, tertiary education, federal and state government, healthcare and not-for-profit. I helped clients solve problems in enterprise and growth strategy, strategic decision enablement, operating model design, customer value proposition, business case development and cultural change.Before undertaking my MBA I completed numerous project engineering and project management roles for Orica over 8 years across several locations including Australia, Peru, Chile and Brazil. Roles focused principally on industrial projects servicing the mining sector (including mega projects), including batch and continuous processes on Greenfield and Brownfield sites. I have excellent command of the Spanish language and extensive experience engaging internal teams and government and community stakeholders in Spanish. Education includes MBA (2015, AGSM, Dean's Scholar), Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical) (2005, UNSW, Dean's List 2004-2005), and Diploma of Spanish as a Foreign Language (2013, Instituto Cervantes, Level C1).
