I have many years experience from working as a developer, full stack but mainly back-end.Lately though I have been focusing more on developing teams, and creating an environment where my lovely developers can shine and flourish. I have worked a lot on our brand as employer, trying to let people know all the exciting things we work on, and all the fun we have.
