Served in a variety of leadership roles in multiple groups within a large church, including: • Outreach and Evangelism• Topical and Expository Teaching• Mentoring and Discipleship • Recovery and Single Adults ministries I have led multiple groups in outreaches to neighborhoods, the State Fair, local nursing homes, laundromats and detention centers.I equip adults to communicate spiritual truths in culturally effective ways and have taught many multi-week lesson series on a variety of topics including: • Bible Exposition• Applied theology, spiritual disciplines and spiritual formation• Apologetics, Spiritual Conversations and Relational Evangelism

Worked with project lead and fellow interns to develop apologetic content and design for a unique website project appealing to religious and secular Jewish people. Collaborated and edited messianic apologetic articles and papers. Assisted in preparation for encounters with Orthodox rabbis and counter-missionaries. Conducted daily street evangelism in annual campaigns in Brooklyn and Manhattan. Shared the gospel with Jews and Gentiles in English and Spanish.

Promoted into several positions from Financial Counseling Rep to Director of Operations. Established efficient procedures for the Counseling, Marketing, Agreement Processing and Quality Assurance functions of a medium-sized nonprofit debt counseling agency and supervised their daily operations. Responsible for training all counselors and achieving ISO 2000:2001 compliance.
