• Management and onsite leasing responsibilities for an 88 unit office/industrial/retail flex business-park• Worked with the leasing and marketing teams to develop and implement an aggressive leasing strategy with a goal of exceeding the cash flow modeled in the initial investment proforma• Oversight of a 10 person onsite staff that was responsible for repairs and maintenance, as well as capital improvements and vacant space make-ready work• Rebranded the park in part through signage updates, exterior paint updates, and a standardized finish scheme for vacant spaces. In addition, we reconfigured spaces to the sizes and layouts that were in demand by prospective tenants and proactively completed the make ready work that was needed to obtain immediate municipal occupancy approval.
