Whether I'm tackling a technical challenge or enhancing user experience, I always focus on creating software that adds value and simplifies life. One of my proudest achievements was developing an AI-driven Q&A chatbot during my internship at TSMC. This tool, designed to assist newcomers, allows employees to quickly get answers to everything from simple queries like “Where is the nearest cafeteria?” to more complex tasks such as “How do I request sick leave?” As someone new to the company, I could personally relate to the challenges of onboarding, so seeing the chatbot actively improve the employee experience was deeply rewarding.What excites me most about software development is the opportunity to create meaningful, impactful solutions.
