This experience incorporates support with academic, social, vocational and independent living skills. To facilitate success, College Steps recruits and hires undergraduates at Connecticut College to serve as peer mentors to help promote the integration of College Steps students on campus. I oversee the admissions and enrollment for all campus partnerships including data tracking and reporting for admissions, enrollment, and alumni; answer questions for families, special educators/district partners, and initial interest calls for new program development; assist with facilitating contracts; attend events and maintain tracking; and participate in marketing and communications/outreach efforts.
