Everything Six Degrees does is underpinned by its own data centre, data network and voice switching infrastructure. Responsible for the network technology strategy at Six Degrees Group, a UK based MSP with a focus on owning and leading the vision for all network technology including operation and strategy of network platforms along with commercial, technical and people management, build out and interconnection strategy and product portfolio.Major projects:- Leading the design, business justification, RFP process and build out of a 43 PoPnetwork using Juniper EX, MX and QFX platforms to underpin all 6DG solutions - IP interconnection strategy for the network located across Europe and North America - Design and deployment of network platforms to support other Lines of Business (Cloudand Voice platforms) - Establishing standard product offering for Data service and development of tools tosupport this to allow development of OSS systems - CPE configuration automation as anexample - EBITDA improvement projects to meet stakeholder requirements
